Leaving feedback for the technician
Good Afternoon,
I have tried several times to leave feedback for the technician that installed my Virgin box and connected to the cable.
I found that the youropinion link does not work and have since found out that several other people have had the same issue.
Please could you let James (66001) or his manager know that he did a fantastic job, connected in exactly the place I wanted the consumer box - explained how the whole system works - set up my TV and vivo box. He cleaned up any mess that was made drilling through the wall and talked me through how to use the TV control.
I know to a lot of people this does not mean anything but I was really impress with his work and attitude. you need to keep hold of your staff like this.
