Lasting Power of Attorney

I sent a Lasting Power of Attorney for my husband to Wythenshawe by Special Delivery, delivery guaranteed by 30th December 2024.  Since then I have heard nothing.  I have tried and tried via webchat to find someone who can help me find out what is happening and what steps I have to take now, but no none seems to be able to help.
