Lasting Power of Attorney - need to speak to VM

Hi, I have LPA status for a vulnerable 89yo account holder who has VM services and is being charged an extortionate amount by VM.

I urgently need to speak to someone to reduce the cost, I'm already registered as LPA with VM, but I don't have a contact number apart from the general one which keeps asking me for my account number, etc, which I don't have.

Can anyone please help or at the least, point me towards the right direction?
