Landline keeps cutting off after 15 minutes!

Ever since I was 'upgraded' to plugging my landline into the Hub, it keeps doing weird things...

A. When the number dialled asks me to press  the appropriate number to be transferred to the right department- the phone doesn't register this procedure!.

 

Also sometimes when the other end answers,  I can hear them but they can't hear me!

 

Also on several occasions after approx 15 minutes 42 seconds the phone cuts out!

 

What is going on

    Sorry to hear your landline is experiencing issues, can I ask how is your phone connected?

    Also do you have a DECT powered handset?
