Lakshya - Great help!

Hello,

Just wanted to say thanks to Lakshya who helped me on a call between 11:30 and 12:00 today. There was a wait to be connected, which is understandable on a weekend.

He made the whole process of getting my account set up correctly a breeze.

Very capable and quick - helping me out in the way I wanted. 

My thanks to him.
