Keep connected
I was going to end my subscription but need to keep it running for another 2 months. Supposed to be cut off on the 17th. Is there anyway to do this?

Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
Are you switching providers via One Touch Switch or have you raised a cancellation with us? If you're using One Touch Switch you would need to contact your new provider who would arrange for your contract to end or if you raised a cancellation request with us we can do that for you via private message.
