Just returned to VM - contact is impossible

I want to access MyVM. It doesn't like any of the passwords I have.

The email to reset doesn't work. 

I keep calling the number which after half an hour trying to get the inane questions of a robot puts me into the human queue. It is the most busy day ever known to man on this planet or any other. After half an hour waiting I give up.

Is there any way out of the Virgin Maze?

So annoying because the actual service and products are fine as far as I'm concerned but I left before because of their execrable admin and if anything it seems even worse.

  • I've tried using my work email as well as the one I use for VM but the password emails never come. They are not in Spam or anything. They are non-existent. Infuriating

  • Thanks. After 3 calls when the amount of demand had never been heard of before I finally got through to a very helpful woman from Virgin. Her English could have been better for a deaf old dog like me but she was very patient and very helpful. All now fixed!
