I am still waiting for my welcome note with my account details,can someone point me in.right direction pleaee

    We're sorry to hear you've not yet received your welcome email from us. This is usually sent once your services with us have been installed.

    Have your services been installed yet? If so, when was this?

    Thanks for the reply. Sorry for the delay in the answer. I've been away for a few days. 

    Went live on the 14th and am still waiting for the welcome email.

    It's so I can set up the Virgin app etc.
