I just called and gave my 30 days notice as I'm out of contract now. I have just looked on the app and it says Account restricted - bill overdue. How can this be as you've just taken a direct debit 4 days ago?? I have attached a photo
Its an app bug. David_BN reported it when I gave notice to internal IT but as usual, never got sorted by my disconnection..

Sorry to hear you've decided to issue us with your 30 day notice period.
I'd be happy to go into this with you to ensure that everything is correct and above board with the pending disconnection and can once again seek to feedback the issue to our IT team in the form of a fault ticket is applicable
