Issues with new order
Hi,
I received a call from virgin media yesterday as I had been viewing deals on the website. I informed them I didn't want to place an order yet as I currently haven't finished purchasing the property I'd be getting the service at. She mentioned that since I'm moving in on the 13th of June, we could get it setup for that date but have the equipment dispatched to a different address, my current one, a few days prior to the 13th. So I took her up on that and placed the order, giving her my current address to dispatch the items to.
I received an order confirmation yesterday, but it states on there the equipment is being dispatched to my new address, 2 days before I'm set to move in. I've tried contacting the call centre, but the automated system keeps sending me in circles, I was on live chat for 1 hour and ultimately they told me to contact the call centre as they were unable to update my delivery address.
Is there anybody that can help this issue? I'm leaning towards cancelling the entire order at this point since I'm in the cool off period, but I can't even get through to the call centre for that.
