Issues Logging in Combined VM/O2 Account
I am unable to access my Virgin Media account since the changes when using either my home Virgin Media or O2 mobile internet connections.
Whenever we enter either our original @ntlworld.com email address or the new master @gmail.com email address, we are told we need to call support to resolve the issue.
Curiously, we have used an alternative internet connection (Smarty/Three) and it works absolutely fine.
This started the other day when we were logged out of the Virgin Go app and tried to login. We got stuck in a loop and could never log in.
Then our son logged in from his internet connection which isn't Virgin or O2 and he was able to complete the process of linking the accounts together.
So we currently have two issues:
- Unable to login to any VM services via our Virgin or O2 internet connections
- Unable to link out O2 account to the new login system
Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.
