Issue with upgrade order
I'm an existing Virgin Media customer and placed an order to add a O2 Volt SIM to my package and renew my contract.
I received an order number and contract summary and information sheets. I then got an email with the subject "Failed XSUS Request" saying that I'd need to call up, which I did but the call got disconnected and I didn't get a call back.
Any chance someone can help with this?
