Issue accessing my account

Every time I try to manage my account I get "oops looks like something went wrong on our side, please try again" I have tried again multiple times and it is starting to get annoying as I cannot make any changes to my account. Has anyone seen this or know a fix for this?

    Sorry to see you're having some issues signing in, can you confirm if you've tried signing in on any other devices?

    Are you using the app? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

      yeah, I've tried the app and the web and on different computers

  • It's funny how the agents are replying as though it's not an issue that people have been experiencing lately
