Internet restriction

Hello my service just got cut off but I agreed to pay on the 3rd so I am confused also I tried ringing but they asking for a memorable word but I’m sure I didn’t set one up when I joined as all my stuff are saved in my phone notes and nothing is there also I got told about getting a WiFi booster if need as it be for free and I need one as the internet won’t spread to my bedroom and it annoying can you help me get my internet back on asap
