Infinite loading page when looking at account

Okay, so thanks to someone on here, ive managed to link and setup up my account but now ive run into the issue, that when i login on any device, it briefly show my account but hen struggles to load and goes into an infinite cycle, trying to load up. What can i do, is there a work around or is this on Virgins end?

    Can you please confirm if this is happening on both the applications and browser or is this just a case of an issue with the browser version of the services?

      Hi, its happening on Chrome and Edge on my PC and also on the app on my Android mobile.

      The strange thing about the app though after looking at it more, via the settings on the app, it will let me manage my Virgin Media account settings but anything else through the main part of the app, like if i try to look at my package or appointments or anything, it just goes into a loop.
