Incorrect registration in ireland

I’ve just had virgin media broadband installed and I think I’ve registered with VM Ireland not Uk. How do I contact them?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. If you are located in Northern Ireland you will fall under UK Virgin Media 👉 VirginMedia in terms of account registration, if you are Southern Ireland, you will fall under 👉 VirginMediaIE.
