Hello, i have just completed new order and i belive i have put incorrect email address. I have received text that instalation kit will be sent out on monday, but didnt received any other email confirmation or contract. How can i fix it?
You could call the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734 and ask them to update the email address and resend any confirmation/contract emails.
They are open 8:00am to 9:00pm Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
(It can take a couple of days for a member of the forum team to pick up your post)
