Incorrect billing

Renewed my contract and was offered a very good price.

 

Over the past year I’ve been billed at a higher price- live chat and phone calls are unable to assist. 

I have a copy of my original contract. My deal is coming to an end and I’ve no confidence renewing when contracts are not followed.

 

I need assistance to review my current contract please?

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the contract price being higher than expected.

    Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner for a private message from me and we can see if you are due a rebait for any overcharging.
