Incorrect bill
Hi I started a new contract last september and have emails with the new contract amount, however I have been over charged every month so far. I have tried to contact virgin media. There was no responce on several occasions from the whatsapp service the bot referred me to. I finally got through to a person last month and forwarded the contract to them. They agreed I was being overcharged and my direct debit would be corrected and over payment refunded. However this has not happen and yet again I have been overcharged for this month.
How can I get this corrected ?
