Incorrect bill amount.

Hi,

My billing amount is incorrect,

I was paying £33 per month and I have changed my package at the end of the promotional period ended due to the huge increase after 2nd June.

Please help resolve this as I have tried to contact your telephone help line and it does not allow me to actually talk to anyone.
