Inconsistant Login Requirements
This may be a 'more of the same' post but here goes.
If I log into my VM email on my PC, it just works, as it has done for years. What I see is all just VM branded, enter username and password and happy days, email.
If I log into my VM email on my android phone this no longer happens, I'm asked to enter a back-up email address then change my password. This is all VMO2 branded. Now as I don't want to lose access to my emails I've done nothing.
So as I don't, as far as I'm aware, have an O2 account why am I seeing this and why is there different behaviour when I log into the same account with different devices.
