Impossible to remove Sky Sports/Cinema?

My contract has ended with VM and i would love to be able to remove sports/movies/Netflix but it's not possible apparently. I current pay £147 for 1 gig, 2 boxes, anytime chatter with sports/movies/Netflix and i want to remove the sports, movies, Netflix but also TNT. Which is quite extreme considering my internet/phone rarely work. In the past my VM internet has only been bad when my hub broke/works in the area started, now it's bad all the time with constant drop outs/low speeds/insane buffering.

The best they can do is 250 (i want 125 because i want to use another broadband service as my internet has barely worked in the last 6/8 months even with 3 engineers visiting/the phone doesn't work either because it's connected to the internet) but they still want to give me a lower speed at 250mbps with sports/films which i do not want. I want the phone line removing/125mbps/a medium package (without sports/films/Netflix/TNT) but it's not possible anymore it seems. My parents want to keep the TV as they aren't into Firesticks etc, because in the past you could just remove sports/films with no issue and now it's impossible to remove them? Only TNT can be removed and Netflix, it's very odd to me. It would be 115 for the 250, sports/movies and the line btw.

    Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sorry to hear of your concerns with your service and the deals/packages being offered to you.

We've not been able to locate you on the systems on our side to check the service for you. Are you able to elaborate on what service issues you're having?

Regarding your package, it sounds like you were on one of the bigger bundles we offered, so the team might be trying to build the package as cheaply as they can, even if that meant keeping some services. Some discounts are connected to services, so it can work out cheaper. If you also have Volt benefits, this might also explain the reason for only offering your 250mbps, as you get the free speed boost with Volt, so you'd be paying for the 125mbps speed but receiving the 250mbps.

Let us know if that may have answered your queries regarding the package change issues you're experiencing.

In my area on 2 occasions the internet has either dropped for days on end, been very slow or intermittent. I've had 2 engineers out and they both asked me to contact them if it happened again, neither of them answered the phone when i rang them to mention these issues.

I would love to have no sky sports/movies, no phone line and no Netflix/TNT. I am currently on a rolling contract with 1 gig, 2 boxes, anytime chatter with TNT/Netflix as add on services which is about £147 a month. But i need to keep the TV service for my parents as they do not want to use firesticks to watch TV and they like to record things too.
