We're sorry to hear our services aren't available at your new property :(.
We'd recommend speaking with the movers team please.
They'll book the disconnection and send you an email which will advise what proof of address we can accept.
If you can send us proof of the new address, and we verify this is in a non serviceable area, the disconnection fees will then be removed.
