I'm being asked to send back a second TiVo box I never had in the first place.

Hello, I left Virgin a month or so ago, and sent back all my kit in the provided boxes. I have received a message today to say there is still a TV box to send back or I'll be charged £90, but I never had such a box! I've only ever had one TV box, and I think this second box is an error on my file. How do I sort this out so I'm not charged £90 form something I don't have to send back? Thanks
