I'd Like To Know My Account Details

I placed an order for Broadband which few weeks ago and I haven't received any communications via email even though I was informed that I should get a contract to look at.

My broadband is due to be installed on Tuesday next week.  My mobile has already been ported from O2 into Virgin\O2.

It took multiple phone calls to confirm the spelling of my email address and name and even then the DD letter I received about my mobile has my name spelt incorrectly.  I suspect the email address is still wrong which is why I didn't get the email(s) that were mentioned.

I would like to know what my account details are so I can log in and actually manage my mobile and check the status of the installation booking.

    Sorry to hear you still haven't received any account details or contract.
    I'd like to investigate this for you and make sure we have the correct details.
