I'd Like to Cancel Before Installation

Hi, I put in an order as a new customer yesterday but have changed my mind and would like to cancel before installation.

      Thank you for your response. However, that phone number plays an automated message saying they've already called then hangs up. I don't believe any call ever happened.

      This means I am unable to cancel.

        I've just got off the phone with them for a similar issue. Try a calling from a different mobile, or saying 'no' to the automated message that asks if you're a customer. I got right through to an agent and he was able to confirm that my order hadn't been fully submitted. It might not be exactly what you're asking but I went through a few days of finding this number to begin with!
