    You could write to VM to cancel the contract, and they will send you a bill for the outstanding amount.

      You've posted in the Cable account forum, however since you are looking for your credit agreement it seems more likely that you are wanting to pay off a mobile handset.

      If that's the case then you can log in here to view your credit agreement details, payments and end date. If you're unable to log in due to forgetting your details, then let a member of the forum team know and they can send a security key reminder.

      Or you can contact the dedicated team on 0345 602 4420. They will be able to assist with your query and take the payment.
