I Sent Back My Hub3.. and a suggestion

Hi

I sent back my (used) Hub last thursday (1 week ago today) and just got an email saying I would be charged if I don't return it.

I also saw others saying they got the email threatening being charged pretty quick.. I suggest VM should possibly wait a month before sending out such a .. 'gimme the hub' type email.

Firstly, how about an gentle reminder email.. along with a link to put in any tracking from Yodel, notifying VM you have returned it.

I can PM the tracking link if Mod wants to see.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with the communication we sent regarding the equipment returns and charges. 

    We do advise that the equipment needs to be returned to us within a month of the disconnection date, but we'll feed this back on our side. We always take on board the feedback we receive so we can collect the information and use it to learn more about the areas we need to improve. We will certainly pass this information along to the relevant teams.
