I have 2 open accounts but cant access 1 of them

I have 2 account on 1 email adress not able to see second account

    We're sorry to hear you're struggling to access one of your accounts. 

    An email username for a My Virgin Media account is unique to that account, so you shouldn't have two My Virgin Media accounts under one email address. Is this what you mean, or are you referring to a different account?
