I cannot set up an online account
I am a long standing Virgin media customer (TV and Broadband) and now want to set up an online account. When I put my details in the 'Confirm your account details' screen it freezes on 'Request in Progress'.
I have tried over the last few days, with different browsers, clearing caches and using a different laptop. All with the same result. Is the site down or do I need to do something different? Thanks.
