I cannot set up an online account

I am a long standing Virgin media customer (TV and Broadband) and now want to set up an online account. When I put my details in the 'Confirm your account details' screen it freezes on 'Request in Progress'.

I have tried over the last few days, with different browsers, clearing caches and using a different laptop. All with the same result. Is the site down or do I need to do something different? Thanks.

    There's a known issue at present with new account registrations.

    Sincerest apologies for the issues with registration for your My VM access. We have a known, sitewide issue at the moment affecting customers access. The team behind the scenes are working to get this sorted ASAP. 🤞 Hopefully it will be back in 24-48 hours, but please do keep us posted if you continue to be unable to access the service. We can then offer further support if needed once the issues are confirmed as resolved on our side.
