I cannot access my account

 I cannot log into my virgin media account.  I am constantly going round and round in circles and I am exhausted putting in user names/ passwords over and over again. When I input my account details it provides me a partial email that I do not recognise and I have never had !  They clearly do have my working email address as that is the one they manage to send my bill to every month. I am close to closing my account ( by way of stopping the direct debit ). Please contact me to sort this out as I would like to access and see what I am paying for.  Really not great customer service!

    Sorry to hear about these issues with your My VM account access. You have a separate contact email address set up on your services account - this can be different to your My VM account logins. 

    It would be best if we take a look at things from our side to ensure the account is set up correctly. We can then offer further support with your contact information, My VM login, and also your billing!
