I’m Accounts are all messed up…

A few weeks ago, I logged into the ‘go’ app as I wanted to watch something on my iPad … when the live channels came up, it wasn’t my package I was seeing … it was my mums?

When I logged into my VM account it Hello ‘J’ not me, my mum

i spoke to someone through chat who said because mum uses my secondary email, you have used that instead of my email, it would be escalated and not to touch my account 

3 weeks later I get a call from the 2nd line who say it’s not your fault, it was either done by me or my 82 year old mum who doesn’t even have internet??

still waiting for another call back from them, in the meantime though, I got an alert to say my blueyonder email address was hacked, it’s saying incorrect email now and invalid credentials, I can’t access it tho to reset the passwords, one actually says now you don’t recognise it?

the reason I have stayed with VM that long (over 25 years) was these email addresses… if I can’t access them, if I can’t access my account, why should I stay?

I go on holiday in 2 weeks and I really need the accounts and emails sorted urgently, hoping someone can help asap?

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. This sounds odd. Originally when I read it, as you've said it says hello and then a name when you sign in, the name can be edited to whichever name you wish. However, I've seen another thread you've made about an email moving to your account a few months back. I will send you a PM now to assist further in this.

    Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community. This sounds odd. Originally when I read it, as you've said it says hello and then a name when you sign in, the name can be edited to whichever name you wish.   • Would just like to publicly thank John_GS for all his help! He dealt with all of my problems … mans a saint!!  Definitely deserves a bonus for helping get me sorted!!
