I'm sorry to hear you're getting unwanted calls from the team. If you've opted out of marketing then it's likely that the calls are not marketing related. Have you answered any of the calls to see what their reason is for calling?

Hi Zach,
I just answered one of the calls now, and it seemed to be an attempt to get me to sign up to a 500Mbit broadband package for 18 months.
Is there a setting I can change to indicate I'm not interested in these kind of calls?

Thank you for confirming this, sorry to hear you are still receiving these, if this was only recently changed, it can take up to 6 weeks to stop all calls.
