How do you actually get your refund?
I moved address in November and I mislead to beleive I was bringing my virgin media package and equipment with me, this turned out not to be the case and within 7 days cancelled all of the services.
It has been confimed that the contract terminated on the 20th December 24 yet Virgin Media still a VERY large amount of money out of my bank account on the 30th December (this was despite me being assure that it would not happen)
I am now nearly 2 months down the line and numerous calls and promises regarding the refund to be told today that I can expect a cheque on the 18th March 25 (Yes the old 'the cheques in the post' line).
I have no faith that the cheque or payment will ever arrive so would like to know how I actually get my money back!
