How do I query a Usage Charge of £7.49
We have been charged £7.49 this month but this doesn’t seem to be correct. How do we query it?

This can often mean a PPV event has been purchased. Have you changed your TV PIN from the default 1234?
We have not purchased ANY PPV . However, must admit we have not changed the default PIN number. So any other suggestions that might help? Thank you.
