How do I cancel my contract?

Question

I’ve tried to call to cancel my contract that expires this week but haven’t got anywhere.
can I cancel online?

I just get put through to the movers (because I’m coincidentally moving house) team who cut me off. (Stephen & Tango have done so in the last 24 hours without a call back!)

can someone from virgin media please advise how I cancel my contract online. As I cannot spend a 3rd evening on the phone trying to cancel.
