How do I access my secondary emails via Virginmedia webmail?

I can't get access other than my primary email address.&nbsp; Cannot find any Virginmedia help pages to assist with this.

I keep old Virgin Media for archives but I've added Proton Mail as my primary window. The mysteries of accessing secondary email accounts through Thunderbird are beyond m. Keep getting password errors SMTP etc.

I have exactly the same issue as the OP who is talking about using webmail not third party email clients.

To the OP. I just noticed add email account at the bottom left of screen. Seems a bit obvious but thats how you add a secondary account using the original secondary email password not the ones with loads of hyphens for third party apps.&nbsp;&nbsp;
