How can I speak to someone in retentions?

I tried a couple days ago, only instead to be put through to indian customer services. I stuggled to understand the lady and the new package ive been put on is not what I agreed too.

Ive tried to speak to someone today, but your automated system keeps forwarding me on to collections. (I only received the bill yesterday?) and then when they forward my call they cant hear me and keep getting disconnected and this is on your landline.

Could someone from Virgin media, who speaks english contact me?

    You need to ring,  and choose "thinking of leaving us"  That should get retentions.  Try to call as close to 08:00 as possible, you may get a UK agent

    This is a Community Forum and you will not get a call from Retentions using this Forum.  A VM Mod may pick this up in a day or two, but again as they don't discuss pricing here, you will most likely be advised to phone in.

      That option seems to have disappeared. It just asks if I have a technical fault or something else then will put me through to customer serivce.
