How can I speak to someone in retentions?
I tried a couple days ago, only instead to be put through to indian customer services. I stuggled to understand the lady and the new package ive been put on is not what I agreed too.
Ive tried to speak to someone today, but your automated system keeps forwarding me on to collections. (I only received the bill yesterday?) and then when they forward my call they cant hear me and keep getting disconnected and this is on your landline.
Could someone from Virgin media, who speaks english contact me?
