House move / billing nightmare
Hi,
I renewed my contract early December at a certain monthly cost. I also booked an address move at the same time mid-December.
I've now received an email chasing payment for a massive amount of money. It turns out the direct debit hadn't been set up for the address move. I've now received a late payment charge also.
A chat agent explained the monthly amount. It is almost double what was agreed when I renewed in December.
The chat experience is taking forever and getting nowhere. The customer support phone number forces me to make a payment for an amount I didn't agree to.
This is all seeming like a scam. Please can someone help.
