Hi I've moved home two weeks ago
Hi I've moved home two weeks ago and after two weeks of nightmare customer service getting things sorted I now cannot access the my virgin media app.
This is because my old account for my old address even though paid up and closed is still live on the app so when I sign in with my email it continues to open my closed account.
I can't register my new address and account as all I get is the email is already getting used.
You would think this would be common and easy to sort but there is nothing I can see to change the my account details, so I cannot access any settings for my broadband
