Help with billing issue

Hi,

I left virgin in July, mostly due to the poor service I was getting in regards to a stream subscription that I was being charged for but unable to access.

Since leaving I have continued to be charged for said subscription. It was a month to month subscription so should have ended when I left. I had tried for 8 months to get this subscription sorted before choosing to leave. Countless phonecalls and messages to agents who would just fob me off to the next person.

I kept being charged £18 a month every month despite my efforts to tell virgin that this service didn't work and I shouldnt be charged when I was a customer, I certainly didn't expect to continue to be charged 9 months after leaving! So I stopped paying, cost of living crisis, world in a recession and big virgin media want to take money from the working man.

I have now received dialogue from a debt collectors ordering me to pay what they think I owe. As you'd expect I've had more pointless phonecalls with virgin to get it resolved. Not happening.

Can anybody advise how to get out of this theft from virgin media?
