Help-rubbish connection

There’s nobody else in the house using the internet. The light on the router is a light orange colour. My laptop says it’s connected to the internet. However when I’m in an MS Teams meeting it constantly freezes and I can’t hear people. It’s not just the odd time it’s constant. Any advice? For £34 a month I expect a reliable and quick internet service.

We avoid Wi-Fi for MS Teams.

HP USB 3 to Gigabit network adaptors (£10 each) enable our slim line laptops to be connected via network cables.

Thanks for your post, welcome to the Community Forums!

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with MS Teams. Does it just seem to be this service specifically, or are you facing issues with your connection/speeds with other devices or services such as streaming?

As Client62 advises, have you tried using MS Teams when your device is connected to the Hub via an ethernet cable to see if there's any improvement?
