Help please - made 2 changes today and think it’s messed the system up

Hi there, my contract expire in one month so today I accepted the new offer from virgin media of £70 per month for a new 24 month contract and I pressed accept on my app etc and it all went through fine. 

then a bit later I got a separate email from virgin saying I could get the new 360 box at no extra cost so I accepted that too.

now I’ve just received a further email saying congratulations you have increased your package and your cost will go up to £115 per month 😳

Is it my fault for doing two separate things on the same day ? And how can I sort it as obviously I want £70 per month and that’s to include the new 360 box ( if that’s not possible I’ll canceL the 360 as I was fine with my v6 box and only accepted it as they offered it for free
