Help, never added email or memorable word, no way to access account

I was sold Virgin over the phone , and promised a £50 referral fee for being a student. I never received that nor a single bill. I that was 15 months ago for a 12 month contract.

I have no way of accessing the account to cancel or even understand the bill, it keeps going up and no one can help me. I can’t access anything via post as I have moved address. The only information I have ever received from Virgin is by post.

    Can you please confirm what it is you're attempting to do with the account?

    If this is a cancellation, you may be best placed to send a letter to our head office to request this is completed for you.

    Please send the letter, confirming your full name, address of where the services were installed and a forwarding address to Complaints, Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4AA

      Yes that is what I need to do , to cancel, what other information should be included to prove it is me? Thanks

        All you'd need to do is address a letter from your self and provide the account details.

        Alternatively, if we were to send you a PM would you have any details we could use to locate the account and try to assist?
