Help Needed – Correcting Address on Virgin Media Account for Volt Benefits
Hi,
Thank you for accepting me into the forum.
I am trying to take advantage of the Volt double data benefit with O2, but there is an issue with the address on my Virgin Media account, the postcode appears twice. The address on my O2 account is correct.
Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a way to update or correct the address on the account. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated.
