Are you waiting for deadlock email to take to the ombudsman?
I'm waiting for a response and only raised the issue today. I'm not going to buckle this time though

No, pls don’t give in. You are closer to your contract offer than I am, they offered me almost double what the new contract price was!
I think it’s worth complaining to OFCOM as well as Virgin are already under investigation by them for making it difficult for customers to cancel their contracts and not dealing with customer complaints properly. - Vikki_M2 years agoForum Team
