Help - Double billed
Hi
New to posting here but here it goes, I've had virgin media fibre for around 7 months now I paid my first bill which was a double bill, I did pay it late but I also paid the late fee that came with doing so as it was my fault I paid it late, but then every bill since the first bill has been either double or triple the amount it's supposed to be, I've rang every month to ask why and I get a loud of jibbirish about I never paid a bill or this or that I paid my first double bill as I explained and I have paid double on every bill after this, I'm at a lose end on what to do as I keep getting told the problem has been sorted but now another bill nearly triple of what I was told it would be and they ring me to ask why I havnt paid and when I explain they hang up, please someone help me as I don't know why this is still on going
