Have Yodel lost my equiptment return?
I returned my equiptment via yodel on the 25th of november, yet I just recieved a text from you saying my account will be charged £40 on the 10th december as you still haven't recieved it.
Just checked yodel tracking and it's still stuck on "collected by courier"
Why should I be charged anything if it's your choice of courier that screws things up?
I want this looking into please
