Have Yodel lost my equiptment return?

I returned my equiptment via yodel on the 25th of november, yet I just recieved a text from you saying my account will be charged £40 on the 10th december as you still haven't recieved it.

Just checked yodel tracking and it's still stuck on "collected by courier"

Why should I be charged anything if it's your choice of courier that screws things up?

    As long as you have proof of the collection then this may be long winded, but it’s the best way. Make sure you have canceled the Direct Debit to VM and then write a letter, signed for delivery, to them enclosing a copy of the collection receipt saying it’s their problem not your and you will not be paying their ‘fine’.

    Sorry to hear of the issues experienced with the returning of the equipment to ourselves via Yodel.

    If you have copies of receipts that confirm the returning of our equipment, we can then seek to ensure that this is fed back to ensure non-return charges are not issued to you or onto your account.

        It's the weekend, and David hasn't been online since Friday, so assume he's not working.

        Keep in mind this is a forum, not a direct communication with VM's call centre.
