Got email address updated but dont have account id to sign up to my virgin. No Welcome email

The equipment is due to arrive on Saturday.
However, second-line support said they couldn't resend my welcome email, which would have included my Virgin account number and other details. Would someone here be able to advise me on them? My email address was incorrect, but I had it updated to the correct one.
