Getting a new remote

I have been a lot of difficuties getting a new remote as mine is broken but I not being able to despite trying out for sometimes now. Can someone from Virgin Media or the community help?

    Have you tried ordering a replacement remote via the Help pages?

    Or you can speak to faults (option 2) when dialling 150 from a VM landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.
